Dr. Santiya Bell is the director of clinical quality assurance and quality improvement for HPU Health and an assistant professor at the Workman School of Dental Medicine. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Nova Southeastern University and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the University of Louisville. Dr. Bell has been a practice owner and worked in public health dentistry before embarking on her academic career as program director of Guilford Technical Community College’s dental hygiene and dental assisting programs.
